“I joined the Iath Tiab program to establish healthy eating habits and lower my blood sugar. To achieve this, I created a plan and maintained consistency. Coleman emphasized that improvement depended on adjusting my habits and revisiting my life’s purpose and previous accomplishments to gain insight into my true potential.During my time with Iath Tiab, I developed a routine that included scheduled meals, running 5-6 days a week, and other weekly adjustments such as daily meditation and reducing alcohol consumption. However, I couldn’t maintain the constant running. Coleman’s teachings reminded me to adjust my work to meet my needs. This led me to revisit my purpose and reflect on my progress. I either spread out my running days, allowed myself to walk, or used that time to recover. These adjustments allowed me to maintain consistency and build healthy habits.In the end, I lost unnecessary weight, developed realistic healthy eating habits, lowered my blood sugar, and eliminated my pre-diabetic condition. I’m proud to say that I AM THE HUMAN THAT I AM BEING. Thank you, Iath Tiab.”
