Our first session will clarify your vision for well-being, and I’ll support you in aligning your lifestyle with that vision while holding you accountable. You will take intentional steps at a safe and healthy pace, setting and respecting boundaries essential for your growth. As your circumstances improve, you’ll continue refining your lifestyle.

  • THE TRIAL MONTH: FOUR SESSIONS / 4WEEKS

    If you need a test run or reset, here’s your opportunity. Try the process for four consecutive weeks without committing to the full 24-week program.

    One 25-minute session each week.

  • THE GRADUATE PROGRAM

    The Graduate Program is designed for those who have completed the 24-week process. We delve deeper into your personal health journey, and I'm there to support you every step of the way.
